Delivery Information

Royal Mail Free Delivery (Monday – Saturday):

We will deliver your purchase within 3-5 business working days after receiving your order confirmation. Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday, except Bank Holidays.

Royal Mail Guaranteed Saturday Delivery:

If you want a ensure that your order will be delivered to you on a Saturday, you should select ‘Guaranteed Saturday delivery’ which is available for an additional fee of £2.50 per item.
(Applies only to orders made before 11am on a Friday.)
(No delivery on Sundays and Bank Holidays)

Returns Policy

We have a 14 day returns policy. We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from UrbanBosk, but if you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 14 days from when you receive your order.
All returns must be requested by contacting us at, and clearly stating the reason for your return.
After 14 days have expired from when you received the items we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return/refund, items should not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way, and must be in the same condition you received them.
We cannot refund items which have been used, or are in a state where we are unable to re-sell the items.

Late Returns:

A return request must be submitted to us within 14 days of receipt of your items. Returns received after 14 days from date of initial delivery will not be accepted. Exceptions may apply at the discretion of UrbanBosk Ltd.

Faulty Goods:

We are confident our products are of a high quality. In the rare occasion there is a fault please notify us as as soon as possible, in accordance with the 14 days returns policy by contacting us at admin@urbanboskcom
Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Name of the faulty product(s), and
  • State the nature of the damage with an attached photograph(s)

Preparing your item for return:

All items are to be paid for by the customer if unsatisfied with the item.

To process a return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please complete the returns information on your Order Confirmation Slip which can be found inside your original delivery package.
Please place your completed Order Confirmation Slip along with the item(s) you wish to return, inside the original packaging.
– Securely package and seal the item to avoid damage during return – if possible, please use the original packaging.
– Please ensure your parcel is clearly labelled with the returns address, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode.

It is important that you ensure that you have removed the original delivery label from the front of the outer packaging, OR make sure that you have fully covered any old labels, before you return the item.
All Items must be returned to us in their original condition.

– Send the parcel from your nearest Post Office Or via a delivery method of your choice. As the value of the items your are returning is more than £100, it is recommended that you use a trackable service.

– Please affix the appropriate postage to your package.

All items being returned is the sole responsibility of the sender until they are received by the UrbanBosk Team.
(Please keep your receipt as proof of your return)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request for a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.
If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
If you have paid with PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.
* Your balance will be refunded within 14 days after we have received the item(s).
